Day-to-Day Itinerary (14 Nights / 15 Days)

Day 1 – Arrival & Assessment

  1. Welcome drink (herbal infusion)
  2. One-to-one consultation with Ayurveda Doctor
  3. Pulse diagnosis (Nadi Pariksha)
  4. Digestive assessment
  5. Personalized treatment & diet plan
  6. Light satvik dinner (easy to digest)

Days 2–4 – Purva Karma (Preparation Phase)

Focus: Loosening toxins & improving digestion

Daily routine:

  • Morning yoga & gentle pranayama
  • Internal oleation (Snehapana) with medicated ghee (dose adjusted daily)
  • External oil therapies:

o Abhyanga (full body oil massage)

Swedana (herbal steam)

  • Light detox diet (Khichdi, herbal soups)
  • Digestive herbal medicines
  • Evening Relaxation with rare meditative techniques.

Days 5–7 – Deep Detox Initiation

Focus: Mobilizing toxins from deeper tissues

Therapies may include:

  • Udwarthanam (herbal powder massage for metabolism)
  • Continued Abhyanga + Swedana
  • Specific digestive treatments:
  • Takra Dhara (medicated buttermilk therapy for gut)
  • Strict Ayurvedic diet to kindle Agni

Daily routine:

  • Morning yoga & gentle pranayama

Days 8–10 – Main Panchakarma (Pradhana Karma)

      Followed by rest & recovery diet (Samsarjana Krama)

  1. Basti (medicated enema therapy) – crucial for gut healing & Vata balance

Days 11–13 – Rejuvenation Phase (Paschat Karma)

  • Shirodhara (mental relaxation & stress relief)
